Puerto Galera boasts of its pristine pocket beaches and world-renowned diving spots. The first-class Municipality in Oriental Mindoro was branded as a Man and Biosphere Reserve by the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) in 1973, Puerto Galera was once the face of sustainable development.
However, it is more than just The Poor Man’s Boracay. The Port of Galleons won’t bore you with typical touristy destinations and activities. Puerto Galera offers an exquisite getaway experience that separates it from other mainstream beach destinations in the country.
